It’s good to stay focused, regarding self- improvement. We must continue to grow and maintain our connection to those powerful forces of character that imbue us with strength.
Still, our emotional well-being, primarily stress relief, cannot be overlooked.
It’s important to make time for you.
Regularly adjust your schedule so you can have a few moments each day to relax and unwind, and plan for those larger blocks of time, such as weekend getaways and vacations, when you can stretch out, be yourself.
You find that a change of scenery, and some fresh air, can make all the difference when struggling with family or work-related issues, and when dealing with, or trying to prevent stress-related medical conditions.
Yes, this is your time.
